Unit Tests structure on Aspera Web UI contribution

As part of the Quality Gates we want to have on Aspera UI part, it would be important to have a way to implement unit tests for mainly two reasons:

• We have lots of logic on our screens and the improvements we want to to can easily break stuff;
• Integration/Functional tests coverage is small and is challenging since this addon requires third party software to be installed on machine, a Chrome extension, etc;

With the situation is have currently, we'll be developing for 10.10 stack (Polymer 2, HTML files) which may lead us to try to use the stack of that time for Unit Tests: Web Component Tester aka WCT. Also being used on Web UI and UI Elements on 10.10.
