in audit, show the time along with the date

currenlty, in a document's audit/history, we display the date, and you can hover over the entry to see the time stamp (along with the date). We would like to include the time as part of the "regular" display (take out of the hover)

Even at the document-level it is common to have 10s or 100s of events on the same day, so the UI does not really tell us WHEN the event occurred. It is common to have many thousands of events on the same day, so from the administrative Audit view it is hard to find the right events when you cannot specify the time e.g. you still get thousands of results.
