Make it possible to delete the binary as soon as the associated document(s) are permanently deleted

      Description

      More and more users are complaining about the orphan binaries GC, how long it takes when the repository references a large amount of binaries.

      It should be possible to permanently delete the binary when the associated document is deleted. At the time a document is permanently deleted, a quick check can be performed making the associated binary is not referenced by any other documents. If it is the case, permanently delete the binary too.

      This can be useful when the infrastructure cannot store a large amount of binaries.
