Make nuxeoctl console not blocking

      Description

      When there is a Nuxeo runtime startup error (such as a missing component), nuxeoctl console hangs.
      It should exit with an error status code.

      Either fix the current console command or add a new one to be used in Docker containers, so that the container does not keep running if Nuxeo can't start.
