Long breadcrumb hides the document action buttons

      Description

      1. install Nuxeo 10.10
      2. login
      3. create a workspace
      4. create a folder with a very long name
      5. create another one with a very long name
      6. create another one with a very long name
      7. create another one with a very long name
      8. observe the icons are now hidden even if there is a scrollbar appearing, they cannot be reached (see long_breadcrumb.png)

      Expected behavior: the icons should be displayed no matter the breadcrumb length
