Fix Web UI when document-updated if fired while browsing a version

When browsing a version, the url if of type

http://0.0.0.0:5000/#!/doc/2320fe4d-90ce-4261-b576-3ff5577dd4e8

i.e. not with a doc path but a doc id.

Firing a document-updated event is supposed to refresh this currently browed event. But in case of such version document it redirects to the dashboard.
