Locked WebDAV document can be edited by MS Office

      Description

      1. install Nuxeo
      2. on Windows, map folder to the webdav url
      3. login as Administrator
      4. create a Word document
      5. upload it to the personal workspace
      6. observe the preview shows the rendered Word document
      7. double-check it can be seen through webdav (mapped drive)
      8. lock the file in Nuxeo
      9. open the file on Windows from the mapped drive
      10. modify it
      11. save it
      12. observe in the history only the nuxeo lock has been performed
      13. observe the document has been renamed and there are 2 documents with something that looks like a temporary name (see 2docs.png)
      14. observe the original document has the temporary name and the updated one the expected name
      15. observe the preview shows the XML content of the document instead of the rendered document (xmlcontent.png)
      16. observe the temporary file shows the binary content in the preview screen (binarycontent.png)
