MS Office WebDAV temporary files should be deleted permanently instead of trashed

      Description

      MS Office WebDAV temporary files ($~myfile.docx should not be deleted by putting them in the trash but by doing a permanent deleted immediately.

      This would avoid filling the trash with documents that are not user-level documents.
