Idea is to introduce a service worker transparently appending a timestamp to each request.
This timestamp is injected in the index page and is Nuxeo's start time or last hot reload time.
This should allow us to set long lived cache for requests with timestamps since cache will be bust on refresh if server was restarted or a hot reload took place.
