      Description

      Make more clear D&D option or upload from computer

      Problem:

      "When you setup providers (GoogleDrive, OneDrive on the intranet), to add attachment, you feel like you can only attache GDrive and OneDrive, while most of the time, you want to upload regular files from your computer"
