Description

If you uncheck everything on the wizard Addons page, you are allowed to continue until the end of the installation. Like you have chosen the Headless Server.

You should haver one of the options always selected Headless Server or WebUI

How to reproduce

start the wizard
go until the addons tab
unselect all the addons and the 2 server options
continue on the wizard(error)
