BAF: Implement document set creation with Nuxeo Stream

Provide an implementation with Nuxeo Stream relying on Scroll API so that the document ids can be retrieved from DB and put in a stream.

Definition of Done:

• Each document is appended has a record with the BulkOperationId in a stream.
• The Bulk operation is able to read the stream and batch the elements to process them.

Acceptance Criteria:

• no duplicated BulkOperationId
• the BulkOperationId
  should have metadata (cf Doc)
