If a document has an attachment, and the attachment's filename contains 2-byte characters, when the attachment is downloaded, the downloaded file does not get named correctly.
This was reported for Safari on Mac, the problem is not visible on
- Chrome for MacOS
- Chrome for Linux
- Firefox for Linux
