      Description

      Only Firefox 3 and greater, Chrome, and IE 10 and greater are considered as able to handle proper RFC2231 implementation.

      It creates issue with Drive, when use with redirection on S3 as it will then be consider as non-conform HTTP request.

      It also leads to the impossibility to retrieve document with accent from Safari with S3 redirection
