      Description

      Clients are unable to use WebDAV due to restriction when reading system directories (NXP-22463).

      In DigestLoginPlugin#getStoredHA1 at line 128:

      DocumentModel entry = dir.getEntry(username, true);

      dir.getEntry calls hasPermission which returns false where it used to return true, because the digestauth directory is marked as system.
