As an user with Manage Everything permission
I want to permanently delete a document
So that the document is not accessible in any way
Proposed solution
If a user has ‘Manage Everything’ permissions on a document the user can permanetly delete a document.
Same user flow as previous - ‘Restore Document’ - user story.
Permanently deleting a folderish document will have same effect to all it’s children tree.
Permanently deleting a collection will not delete any of its contained documents.
Acceptance criteria
Given I have Manage Everything permissions on a deleted document
When I press restore action
Then the document will no longer be "deleted" and will be fully visible to all users with at least read permission
Given I have Manage Everything permissions on a deleted document
When I navigate to that document
Then I have a permanently delete action
Given I don't have Manage Everything permissions on a deleted document
When I navigate to that document
Then I don't have a permanently delete action
Given I have Manage Everything permissions on a deleted document
