Release nuxeo-routing-default for 9.3

      Description

      Upgrade and release Nuxeo Studio project nuxeo-routing-default to 9.3. When it's released, also release the application template.
      This needs to be done before code freeze.

      If there are changes that need to be deployed on prod, let me know so I create the ticket.
