Apply new studio directory config to nuxeo default routing

      Description

      Since NXS-4071, the generated directory configuration doesn't depend on backend (sql/mongodb).

      It impacts the nuxeo-routing-default's extension.xml and the evolution must be applied there.

      Current issue: Directories used by document rounting will go to H2 instead of MongoDB in such configuration.
