Add bulk download to Folderish and Collection

Problem
If a user wants to download a whole folder, it may be hard to select all children.
The need from bulk download started from the need to download a folder with lots of pictures. That is still use case.

Proposal

• Having a document action that bulk downloads all children (instead of having to select all of them)
  • For all folderish and collection documents
