Add support for recursive default rendition

The new default rendition service introduced in NXP-23258 returns the xml export for Collection and Folderish documents.

It'd be useful to have a rendition that will recurse on Folder and Collection content. Final use case would be to:

• download a zip containing the default renditions of all the member of a collection
• download a zip containing the default renditions of all the children of a folder

We might need to introduce some limit (flat hierarchy) and/or max depth (deep hierarchy) parameter because even if it will be used within an asynchronous worker (in the context of the bulk download), calling such rendition on a top container may not scale.
