Fix detection of dependency errors after one forced hot reload

      Description

      • Start a Nuxeo with only JSF installed, dev mode enabled and registered with a studio project that has no dependencies.
      • Add DAM dependency to Studio project.
      • Hot reload from Admin center.
        => Receive and error saying to install DAM.
      • Force hot reload by clicking Update Anyway
      • Remove DAM dependency from Studio project.
      • Hot reload from Admin center.
      • Add DAM dependency and/or any other dependency from Studio project.
      • Hot reload from Admin center.
        => No dependency errors

      Can also be reproduced with only Web UI + an unreleased version of the Dev Tools browser extension that includes error handing.
