Spreadsheet shows Vocabulary ids instead of labels

Given a Spreadsheet view with a field that is bound to a vocabulary
Given more than one document
Select a value for the first document
Drag the value to other documents

Expect: the Label displays for each value
Actual: the Id is shown for each value

There's also a locale issue:
Steps to reproduce:

• setup your browser in French
• open the spreadsheet editor (make sure the table has coverage/couverture column displayed)
• edit a cell to add a coverage entry
• see that suggestions are in English KO
