Description

It would be ideal to have the latest version of TinyMCE inside Nuxeo. Or at least one that embeds fixes for IE11 specific problems.

For 7.10, 8.10 and 9.10, we must stay in the same major version.
For 10.1, we can upgrade to the latest version but it may require some changes on the Nuxeo plugins

Last upgrade to 4.0.22 done by ~~NXP-11406~~
