Upgrade Tinymce to 4.0.22

      Description

      • Migrate the Nx plugins:
        • nuxeoimageupload (which will be later enriched to support video NXP-14320)
        • nuxeolink
      • Depreciate nx plugin:
        • fullscreen (natively supported by new version of tiny mce)
      • Enable the following plugins (provided by new version of tiny_mce):
        • Font family , font size
        • paste, paste as text
        • find and replace
        • table
        • preview
        • full screen
        • maybe autosave
      • use the big buttons mode
      • put it on top
      • Double check SafeEdit behavior on new tiny mce
