MongoDB directory needs correct cache config

      Description

      Starting Nuxeo with mongodb-directory we get this in the server.log:

      17:29:45,891 ERROR [XValueFactory] Cannot load class: ${className}
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: ${className}

      mongodb-cache-config should be a template which takes InMemory/Redis into account for the cache classname.
