Fix MongoDB directories initialization + missing caches and references configuration

      Description

      • As it seems that overriding the default users and groups directories is not working, we need to override the SQLDirectoryFactory. Besides add data initialization according to the table creation policy.
      • Fix missing cache and references configuration in the marketplace package.
