Script to extract third-party licenses

      Description

      The license-maven-plugin generates a report that's not directly usable for our documentation. We need a script to provide more post-processing.

      The script scripts/generate-licenses.py generates the file target/generated-sources/license/THIRD-PARTY.md.

      It must be run only after:

      • mvn -nsu -Paddons,distrib,release,-qa license:aggregate-add-third-party (to generate target/generated-sources/license/THIRD-PARTY.txt)
      • mvn install -Paddons,distrib (to generate nuxeo-distribution/nuxeo-nxr-jsf-ui/target/dependency-tree.log)
