Fix license report generation with missing files and unknown versions

      Description

      The file https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/master/job/nuxeo-master-buildonly-daily/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/target/generated-sources/license/THIRD-PARTY.txt is generated by license-maven-plugin.
      The plugin has a few issues, mainly:

      • missing aggregation on multi-module projects
      • the "missing file" being wrongly deleted

      At the time of this writing, here are the LGPL unknown versions:
