PDF preview generates wrong characters

      Description

      1. create a File document
      2. attach an HTML file
      3. click Preview
      4. some characters looking like chinese ones are inserted whereas the document is in English and coded in UTF-8

      When opening the same HTML file in openoffice and exporting it, it is correctly converted.
