Fix timezone handling in datetime widget edit mode

      Description

      1. setup widget datetime with a custom date field and timezone as UTC (in creation, view and edit layout), using pattern/format "#{nxu:basicDateAndTimeFormatter()}"
      2. create a document with a date (for example 12:00pm)
      3. access the document, it shows correctly the time in UTC
      4. switch to edit mode, it does not show the time in UTC
