Don't make it mandatory to bind a template to a document for rendering it

Current implementation of template rendering binds a template to a document fo rendering it. This should not be mandatory. Template rendering should allow to persist some parameters preferences for a given template Id, but it should not be mandatory, especially when there is no parameter to use for executing the rendering. In the same time, each time a document is rendered with a specific template Id, this should be logged, so that we are able to query documents that would have been renderd with a given id.
