Template Rendering plugin migration to new WEB UI

Template Rendering plugin should provide a UI for Web UI application. This epic covers the following use cases:

• Make it possible to add a custom action that uses a specific template to do a generation
• Make it possible to contribute models that will be bound to a given rendition automatically. Contrary to current implementation, it is the rendition which chooses the template, not the template who choses the rendition. To benefit from that use case, a rendition that makes use of a template rendering specific operation will have to have be configured before.
