Add support for custom columns and widgets in Spreadsheet Editor

As spreadsheet rely on the layout definition there is no way to know from the Web UI what columns and widgets to use when showing the Spreadsheet Editor.

We need to check the schema introspection API to see if we have constraints and field references, if so then we should be able to change to spreadsheet to rely on these instead.
