Remove the deprecated nuxeo-platform-audit-web-access

      Description

      The nuxeo-platform-audit-web-access is listed in the default addons but the repository also contains a package. It must be moved to marketplace.ini file to be properly managed and deployed.

      Note also that it's supposed to be deprecated but that is not mentioned anywhere (but in https://doc.nuxeo.com/display/USERDOC710/Adding+Features accordingly updated).
      There is no README, no DEPRECATED, no information in the package description.
