Add documentation about deprecation of an addon

      Description

      Deprecating an addon is a common task, we should document the todo list:

      • remove from addons (or move it to optionals)
      • empty the repo with a DEPRECATED.txt file
      • same fo corresponding package if any
      • remove module from marketplace.ini file if mentioned there
      • delete related Jenkins jobs(s)
