Fix default S3 cache size parsing

      Description

      The S3 configuration parameter for the cache size provided by default in the marketplace package is empty (nuxeo.s3storage.cachesize=)
      However the default to a built-in value in the S3 connector only takes effect if the parameter is not present at all, which is incorrect.

      This bug is a consequence of the fix in NXP-18720.
