Functional customdb tests fail when nuxeo-test-vcs.properties does not already exist

      Description

      The nuxeo-test-vcs.properties file is created during maven's "initialize" phase, but maven wants to use it before then:

      Failed to execute goal org.codehaus.mojo:properties-maven-plugin:1.0-alpha-2:read-project-properties (default) on project nuxeo-distribution-cap-cmis-tests: Properties file not found: /opt/jenkins/nuxeo-test-vcs.properties

      This is visible mostly after the multidb docker containers are restarted as otherwise the file often exists.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • remove nuxeo-test-vcs.properties from your home directory
      • launch a ftest with a customdb profile
