Allow importing an exploded zip workflow contribution

      Description

      For now workflow contributions are provided by zip files, which makes it diifficult to see changes.

      We should:

      • allow importing an exploded zip with the same content
      • update the routing-default update script to avoid importing the zipn (and exploding it for the same reason, e.g make changes visible)
