The Blob.toPDF operation should handle pictures

The pdf rendition is available for every document, which is good (don't fix this bug by filtering the rendition ).

But Blob.toPDF does not work when the source blob is a picture, while ImageMagick would have no problem converting it (convert source.xxx dest.pdf, where xxx is jpg, jpeg, png, tiff, ...)
