Add a PDF rendition to Picture

      Description

      Add a converter using ImageMagick to convert an image to a PDF (if not existing).

      Add a new chain using the Blob.RunConverter operation to convert an image to PDF.

      Add a new rendition for document with the Picture facet using the newly defined chain.
