Adapt locally edited files (and more generally collection members) as FileSystemItem for Drive to synchronize them

      Description

      Indeed, trying to adapt a a document that is not under a synchronization root will throw a RootlessItemException.

      We also need to handle the special case where the locally edited file is in the hierarchy of a folder for which the connected user has no Read permission, typically the personal workspace that is under UserWorkspaces => throws a DocumentSecurityException.
