Include optional Marketplace packages' version alignement in the release process

As for addons (NXP-12643), the MP which are not automatically released must however be aligned to satisfy CI constraints.

For instance marketplace-jbpm is no more automatically released:

But it must be kept up-to-date else we're testing deprecated code: http://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/addons_FT_nuxeo-jbpm-master/529/ raised an out of purpose error by testing marketplace-jbpm against 5.9.2-SNAPSHOT instead of 5.9.3-SNAPSHOT.
