Batch release of Marketplace packages

      Description

      https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/IT-release-on-demand-addon/ is used to release and upload Marketplace packages.

      We need a wrapper script to sequentially call that job (or the release script directly) with the relevant parameters.
      Not all MP follow the same naming rules, they may need some changes to make them more generic.
      The script will first use an input file to list MP and get respective parameters.
