Directory suggestion widget uses the 'translated' control instead of 'localize' widget property

      Use 'localize' widget property to translate directory labels instead of the 'translated' widget control.

      This bug fix requires to explicitly add 'localize=true' to the directory suggestion widgets:

      • suggestOneDirectory
      • suggestManyDirectory

      when the display label must be translated from messages_xx.properties resources.

      Description

      The translation of directory label key (for messages property files) relies on the 'translated' widget control.

      This is wrong because you just might want to translate the widget label but that does not mean directory entries are to be translated. It should rely on the 'localize' property
