Drive: study the impact of setting the file system modification time to the server modification date

This should not be a technical problem but might have sme impact on the synchronization process as local changes detection relies on OS modification time. Though this might change with NXP-9583

Also note that we would like to display part of the Nuxeo document's metadata through right-click, see NXP-10120, so this could be the place for the server modification date.
