      Today , "modified" dates are the dates of the sync >
      What we want :
      As a user, at a date Y when synchronizing a folder with files that are "last modified" at a date X on the Nuxeo platform, when checking the file locally, its "last modified" date is X (and not the date of downloading as it is today).

      > Similar behavior to dropbox / onedrive behavior
