A lot of upgrades are available for dependencies (third-party libraries) and plugins.
Depending on the case:
- the change is not desirable (that should be explained in a "won't fix" resolved issue),
- the change is trivial and desirable,
- the change is hard (API changes) but desirable,
- the change is currently not possible (conflict/dependencies between libraries or with the environment or because of the related constraints/requirements).
Perform a global review and create a sub-task (or linked issue) for each one.
