Make Marketplace packages compliant with hotfix distributions

      Description

      For now, the IDE requires use of "hotfix distributions" rather than common release distribution with hotfixes applied.
      The Marketplace packages states target platforms on LTS or FT distributions only (ie: "cap-5.6").

      Make the target platform match hotfix distributions: ie "cap-5.6" compliant with "cap-5.6.0-HF*"
