Create a repo on github for Richfaces to track Nuxeo patches

      Description

      Patches to RichFaces jars were kept on mercurial here: https://hg.nuxeo.org/vendor/richfaces

      It would be easier/clearer to commit changes directly on a fork of RichFaces code, especially since some patches were applied by hand to the resulting jar (sometimes on offuscated js files too, etc...)

      Once done, create a job on Jenkins to build nuxeo using the new nuxeo/richfaces repo.
