Update richfaces-impl version to 3.3.1-GA-NX7

      Description

      The current richfaces-impl-3.3.1-GA-NX6 available in nexus has an auto generated pom with no dependencies: this means we may miss richfaces-impl related dependencies when building the distributions.

      Update the version to 3.3.1-GA-NX7, same code as 3.3.1-GA-NX6 but with the right pom.xml taken from org.richfaces.framework:richefaces-impl:3.3.1-GA

      As richfaces-impl use commons-digester:commons-digester:1.8.1, update the version in nuxeo's pom too.
